Agreement
By downloading or using Montaj, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the software.
License
Montaj grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on any Mac you personally own. The free tier is available at no cost with no time limits. Montaj Pro is available as a monthly subscription ($9.99/month) or a one-time lifetime purchase ($79). The monthly subscription grants access to Pro features while the subscription is active. The lifetime purchase unlocks Pro features permanently with no recurring charges.
Your content
You retain all rights to content you create with Montaj. We do not claim any ownership, license, or usage rights over your videos, audio, images, or project files. Your content is yours — full stop.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Montaj. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software. You may not use Montaj in any way that violates applicable laws.
Disclaimer
Montaj is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the software. Always keep backups of your important project files.
Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Montaj after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
